Always Growing: Fruit

Take a seed from an apple and plant it in the ground. What will happen? If watered, the seed will sprout and begin to grow into an apple tree. The tree will eventually sprout flowers, which slowly transform into apples. The process of a tiny seed growing into a piece of fruit is an exciting process to introduce to young learners.
